All illustrations, prints and original paintings displayed on the shop are the creation of Andrea Camacho and should not be copied, reproduced, used or modified without my knowledge and agreement.
The purchase of any print or original painting does not transfer reproduction rights. The website and all its content is owned by me, the artist, and protected by intellectual property and marketing legislation. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information on products, services and other content may not be copied or used without our prior written consent.
SHIPPING
Prints and other products are shipped in a padded envelope to ensure safe delivery.
You can expect delivery within 7 business days from the date of your order.
Notice that all shipments are from Canary Islands and the estimated shipping times are:
Spain Peninsula: Between 5 to 7 Business Days
Europe: Between 7 to 14 Business Days
Rest of the world: more than 10 Business Days
Please keep in mind that I am a sole trader from the Canary Islands and sometimes delivery timings will differ from the estimated times provided by my post office.
Shipments are always tracked, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number after shipping.
I am not responsible for any additional customs or VAT/duty fees that may occur on receipt of your order. Please check with your country's taxes and imported fee threshold before ordering.
RETURNS
This is a small shop so I cannot accept returns.
However, if something is damaged in transit, please let me know through my email:
